When will my order ship?
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Please note: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

How does Melties fit?
Melties is designed with a relaxed, cozy fit for everyday comfort. Hoodies and sweatpants have an oversized feel. If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down.
Are the hoodies and sweatpants sold separately?
Yes — you can mix and match sizes for your perfect fit.

Product & Care
What are Melties hoodies & sweats made of?
Our pieces are made from custom California-milled, 100% combed cotton fleece. The heavyweight 450 GSM fabric is designed to feel soft, warm, and durable, and gets even better with every wash and wear.
How do I wash my Melties?
To keep your Melties looking their best:
- Wash inside out, cold water
- Hang dry or tumble dry low
This helps preserve the artwork and fabric quality.
Will the design fade or crack?
Our designs are made to last with proper care, helping maintain their look over time.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns. We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn and in their original condition. Exchanges are available for items of equal value only, subject to product availability.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement.
